Mcdonalds Verulam disappointing behaviour by male manager

Mcdonalds verulam. I had an encounter with a male supervisor who was so full of himself. So basically they do not serve from the snack menu , so when there are promos in the app. They say they do not have it. Aybo but my code says that Mcdonalds should have it. Everytime. The others try to help but this one guys was such a disappointment. Mcdonalds verulam should now be held accountable for refusing app promos. What is the point of the app if we do not get the promo EVERYTIME.
