Mcdonalds VERULAM- Diabolical service

Complaint 1 - The McDonalds in Verulam is absolutely ridiculous. We were there on the ***5. My husband had around 3000 points, went to the self service portal, to redeem the points for 2 regular chips at 1500 points each. It did not go to the check out and it timed out, yet the points were taken. Went to the front for them to assist, yet they say a complaint needs to be logged, now if i didnt have cash or my card, needed something to snack. How obserd is that? 2nd complaint - I had 7000 something points on another self service portal I used, did my order and everything, then paid for what I wanted, guess what? The receipt didn't print, then I need to go to the kiosk to ask them, for them to be ***********.

McDonald's in umhlanga is great.

What the hell is wrong with Verulam? Can we be compensated for the points as they refused to give us the food.
