McDonald's verulam

Hi. I would just like to give my point of view,which a lot of people will agree to what I'm going to mention. McDonald's verulam is really pathetic! The customer service there from management is extremely poor. At every visit to that store,they always out of stock of one or more items of my purchase,or for the rest of the time,the order is incorrect. I have complained to management every single time and nothing has come out of it, I am dealing with two managers from the store and they are both now avoiding me via WhatsApp. I asked to speak to the area manager many of times and this has been avoided. I would like this to reach out to the area manager or owner of the McDonald's Verulam branch.
