Mcdonald's, Vereeniging

I hate bad customer service with a passion!!!!

At first I tried changing my order from a Passion fruit McFizz to a Hazelnut iced coffee... She explained with an attitude and walked away.

Then she put my 10 nuggets inside a 6 nugget box and didn't bother to explain. * I was fuming but I held back *

So, as I'm checking my order before I leave I realize that she only gave me one of each condiment (tomato sauce, black pepper and salt) that time my order consists of 2x L fries and 10 nuggets, as I've said.

After I confront her about the condiment issue, she angrily adds more and shoves them inside the paper bag.

As I pick up my paper bag with food, I didn't realize that the packaging is torn, so when I tried to pick it up... All my food fell to the ground, as the bag tore.

At this point I'm ready to fight her. She replaced the meal without me saying anything, I gave her "The look" and she came back to her senses.

With that being said, I regret not going to Nando's and also, this is the last meal I'm having from McDs Vereeniging.
