McDonald's vanguard service

By far the worst service I have received from vanguard drives McDonald's, which surprises me given the often slow and putrid service given there. It was three in the morning, I used the drive through and my order was taken and everything when I got to window to pay I waited for 10 minutes and decided to move forward and when I got to the pick up window, the lady working there was working at her own pace, after waiting a while another worker appeared and started getting my meal ready, gave it to me, just to tell me I have to give it back bc the "system is down ". Which is weird because why take my order and waste my time????. However i asked to speak to the manager and a employer told she is and I quote " coming now" never showed up after 15 minutes. This didnt just irritated and really aggravate me, but everyone else in the queue! So please, McDonald's you should know better than to make a hungry person wait for no reason. Better yourselves or shut down bc you're not rendering a good enough service. I wouldnt do something like this, but I've had enough of slow service with an attitude.
