McDonalds Vangate, Cape Town, South Africa

I just had the worst experience from McDonald’s Vangate. We ordered 3 Frappe at the drive-through where we were told to wait, someone will bring it out to us. After about 15min my daughter went to the window to ask where’s our order and was told again it’s coming. After about another 10 min we saw a girl come out and gave our Frappes to a another person in a car a few meters away from us. We called her and asked again where’s our order to which she realized that she gv it to the other car’s driver that was pulling out the parking area and in the process of leaving the premises. She runs after the car, stops it and wanted to give that same Frappes to us. I told her that I do not want those, I want new Frappes and made sure to go inside and watch them making new ones. The girl making the Frappes had no clue what she was doing cs someone else that was sitting and eating on the other side of the counter directed her what to do. I asked the manager does this girl know what she’s doing to which he rep**** yes. After a long wait the girl hands me the wrong order. Eventually there was about 4 girls behind the counter trying to help her make the right Frappe and a couple of frustrated customers behind me. I then decided that I had enough and cancelled the order. My daughter comes outside behind me with the Frappes I just cancelled. I asked her what’s this and she says they still gv it to her. I was a bit confused and was still talking to my daughter while going to our car and suddenly a few of the staff members came running after us for the Frappes! We hv them the Frappes and still they shouted all kinds of things to us. The manager came out afterwards and asked me what’s going on. He jst sorry. I got the feeling that he clearly cannot handle his staff cs clearly they weren’t taking him serious while all this was going on and him trying to hurry them up. I can’t believe what I’ve experienced tonight. Worst worst service ever. I placed my order jst after 7pm and left and hour later with nothing and the worst memory ever of McDonalds Vangate in the corner of Heideveld Ave and Vangate Drive. They will never see me again!
