McDonald’s Vaal Mall extremely poor service!

The McDonalds Vaal Mall has the most pathetic and most *********** service of all! I waiting in the drive through for over an hour before I had to request a refund because they still had not processed my order!! This after waiting for 5 cars in front of me to place their orders and have them made. Do not open your drive through if you do not have any intentions service customers!!!
