McDonalds Useless Delivery

I tried to get McDonalds to deliver a order for my business and to my surprise they can deliver all around me but cant seem to find my street when it is right off Ontdeckers where two of there stores are situated. I tried to call the call center to fix the problem but they were just as useless as there website and made me hold for so long i had to order form Nandos before i starve. I tried to lodge a complaint with the head office but they said they cant help me and i must phone that useless delivery call center. I give up i really do. I run a business myself and know what customer service is and expected way better from them or maybe they just dont need the business!!
