McDonald’s upsized promotions is not true

Upon arrival at the McDonald’s drive through a lady working for McDonald’s stopped me and informed me about a promotion for last night only. She informed me if you upsize your meal you stand a chance to win a price. I upsized my meals and received coupons. Upon receiving it I scratched to reveal the unique nrs. I then indicated what I want as a gift and I was informed on whatsapp I would receive my price (R500.00 for travel ). That was the last I heard from them. I never received my gifts. McDonald’s is a bunch of ***** to promote promotional products for their business. This promotions is a complete waste of time.
