McDonald’s Upington - Kalahari Mall

I recently had a disappointing experience at the McDonald's drive-thru in Upington, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts. Unfortunately, my visit was marred by poor service that left me frustrated.

Firstly, the staff seemed unwilling to assist customers in a timely manner. I understand that busy periods can lead to longer wait times, but it took an astonishing 30 minutes for my simple order to be processed. This is not an isolated incident; it's now the fourth time I've encountered such delays during my visits.

The lack of urgency and attentiveness from the staff was disheartening. As a frequent customer of McDonald's, I expect a certain level of service, especially in a drive-thru setting where efficiency is key. Sadly, this location has consistently failed to meet those expectations.

Given my experiences, I won't be returning to this McDonald's anytime soon and cannot recommend it to others. It's frustrating to waste time in a drive-thru when there are so many other dining options available. I hope management takes note of these issues and works towards improving the service for future customers.
