Mcdonalds Unacceptable service

I had a complaint with Mcdonalds my 7500 rewards points were deducted in my mcdonalds app in October this year but i never received a meal i lodge a complaint with customer service i spoke to Nonhlanhla who doesn't bother responding to my emails when im doing a follow up i even sent her proof. I need someone from the head office to contact me and reimburse me i want my points back.
