McDonald's Umhlanga, Durban, South Africa, terrible service

McDonald's Umhlanga, Durban your drive through sucks. Waited about 20 minutes in the drive thru to place the order, which was literally 2 oreo Mcflurrys...waited another 10 minutes to pay. When we eventually get to the pick up window we are told to park in the reserve and the order will come to us. After another 15 minutes of waiting, we had to go and enquire about the 2 ice creams they inform us that they are now closed but also they forgot about our order, so they had to be reminded about the order. 15 minutes after they have closed do we recieve our order. Customer service is pathetic...
