McDonald's *****ulent transaction

McDonald's Bela Bela McDonald's Head Office Swiped my card 4 times and it declined. I received no order. Bought food next door at Nandos, with no problem. 3 days later I was charged 4 times the same amount at McDonald's. I phone the outlet with no response. The owner ignore my what's ups. I phoned the head office and no one comes back to you. I lodge an complaint, after a few days I get a message that it's been resolved. When nothing was done. No one even phoned me
