McDonalds Tygervalley, your service sucks.

The worst service ever at Tygervalley McDonalds. I personally wanted to give them a minus score. The queues are long, and when I eventually got to the till the credit card machine declined my card. I was told that this happens to a lot of customers, I must try again, which I did. I was then told that the card has to be held at a certain angle for it to ''register''. Someone held my card at ''this angle'' but the result was the same, unsuccessful. I asked for the manager, he said (the one who held the card at an angle) that he is the manager. He inform me (with a straight face) that it to a lot of people. My comment was, if this happens to a lot of customers and you know there is something wrong with the card machine WHY DO YOU NO HAVE IT FIXED!. I informed him that I will complain on social media as he is not going to be of any assistance and the experience is humiliating after which he told me that I cannot go to social media, I have to phone the customer care line. If I was not so angry, I would have burst out laughing - how are you going to stop people from complaining about horrific service on social media. Catch a wake up call McDonalds Tygervalley!
