McDonald's Tyger Manor, Bellville

I had 7 772 points on my McDonald's app when I ordered 1 Boerie hash brown this morning using my points. I should of been left with 4 772 points. Well this was not the case they stole 3000 from me leaving 1 772. This is not the first time when using the app something happens. I often order and my points don't increase now thos tells me they must be controlling ones points on the app. I want my 3000 points back that they stole from me this morning. Why must they get away with it. I have left a message on their help and support but they don't worry in getting back to me. I have the proof of my order showing what I ordered and the time.
