McDonald's Tyger Manor

The McDonald's Tyger Manor branch is appalling. I sat in the drive-thru for almost 20 minutes the other day. What should be a quick process, turns into an entire outing because things aren't moving and happening quickly and efficiently. In addition, this did not just happen on one occurrence, this has happened multiple times AND weekly. Furthermore, the staff is rude and unwelcoming, the environment is just negative. I hope this can be resolved in the near future, as it is so unpleasant to constantly experience the same negativity from the branch that's closest to our location- a branch we have been supporting for years already.
