McDonald’s Turffontein and headquarters

I ordered food on Mr D from McDonald’s Turffontein ,I ordered Chilli cheese fries ,Nuggets with Jalapeño sauce and a burger meal The problem is that: The chips were so stale (as soon as they arrived they tasted like they were from the day before) The chilli cheese fries didn’t have Jalapeños on them which I can’t comprehend as that’s the main ingredient for the chili cheese fries I ordered Jalapeño sauce and was given sweet and sour cream(I have reacted badly to this sauce atleast twice and there was a reason I didn’t order it) and it’s not the first time they give me the wrong sauce

i then tried to contact them multiple time(over 20 times) in those 20 times they answered once and didn’t give us a solution and then the call cut and as I tried to call immediately after the call cut ,they did not respond (personally felt like they were ignoring my calls)

Then I called the headquarters in Sandton and was referred to customer service,the lady I spoke to was so rude ,she said they don’t deal with Mr D after I explained the problem was not MrD but the McDonald’s and she said she still can’t help me so I must take it up with MrD and then she cut the call

I didn’t enjoy this meal at all and was so dissapointed that no one answered the call and no solution was brought foward especially because they gave us stale chips and a sauce I am clearly allergic to

Why do they give us options to choose if they gonna pack their own stuff
