McDonalds Trashy Customer Service

I went to the McDonalds in Addrely Street, firstly I had to wait to get served at the til while the ladies were having a fat chat as I was standing there. Then one of the waitresses then came to assist me, neverminding the fact that I took and waited for assistance while they were having a chat, the 2 ladies continued to ask the one lady decent enough to help me, to now help them ring up something. She refused and told them that I have been waiting for assistance while they were just standing there.

Finally my order was placed and it was number 178. I waited and waited and waited for atleast 15 minutes while they went from order number 175 to another and then suddenly 180. I was still patient at this time because I know some orders are quicker then others. After waiting a further 5 minutes, I walked up to the lady calling the order numbers out and asked if they had called my number, she ignored me and continued calling out the numbers. She stood there not affected by my existence while I was getting irritated. Eventually I got to a point where I was so annoyed, I went to the lady who was kind enough to help me before and asked her to just refund my money because I cannot just stand and wait while there is no communication at all and I am being ignored yet asking for my order that I have paid for.

She physically went into the kitchen and brought the order out. Literally McDonalds deserves 0 stars for their staff. I feel sorry for the lady that was trying but their service is truly appalling. I will not be recommending them to anybody
