McDonalds took my money but didn't make the food delivery.

I ordered food online this morning at 10:10 stating my address. The delivery guy called me at 10:39 saying he was in JHB CBD, I said that I don't stay in JHB CBD, but JHB North. He said he will get the manager to call me when he is back at the branch. I then had to continuously call call the branch but with no luck an eventually got hold of him on his cellphone and he got his manager to speak to me. I had to leave the house now (13:00) because of an appointment and till now there was no food delivered yet the money was deducted from my card. I can't find any way to contact McDonalds customer care on phone, or email or anything. How am I supposed to sort out this issue. This is truly pathetic!!!
