McDonalds - Tokai On Main

McDonalds Tokai - VERY poor service! After fasting whole day, ended up driving to McDonalds especially for CHILLIE CHEESE FRIES... ONLY!!!!!

Arrived back home, opened my order... No jalapeno's. Took order back. Manager arranges for a "fredh" order... This time around, Cheese topping AS LITTLE as possible... Almost like they are being spiteful, how DARE YOU COMPLAIN... Just TAKE THE FOOD AND EAT... no matter if you don't get what you pay for!!

According to the manager they do not have jalapeno's. Staff was informed apparently. Yet NOBODY informed me of this when I placed my order!

This order literally went from BAD TO WORSE!!!

This is our 7th bad experience in a row with this particular franchise. Learnt our lesson for sure now - clearly taking the food BACK does NOT improve the quality of the order... SO THE TOKAI BRANCH officially LOST us as customers!!!

BE WARNED... RATHER JUST KEEP DRIVING!
