Mcdonalds TimeSquare

Had lunch with my daughter at McDonalds timesquare on the 14th April. Wrote a complaint on McDonalds website, as yet to hear a response.

The place was really dirty with dustbins overflowing, service was terrible- our order was incorrect- we received an extra burger and cold drink- and no drink in my daughter's meal.

Staff were grouped together sitting onto of the tables and socialising. The main concern is that I didn't feel safe...two men repeatedly came in and out of the restaurant, digging in the dustbins..socialising with the staff. I gave the extra burger to one on the men..

I had a genuine feeling that there was going to be an armed ******* at any point while were there...not a good experience as I had my daughter with me.

As I was driving out the car park, I spotted the two men in the storeroom in the car park...

Not a place I would go again
