Mcdonalds the worst online service and customer service ever

We ordered online. They were quickly to deduct money from account. But then all of a sudden the order is non extinsting....then it take 5 to 7 days for refund. Their staff at call centre is extremely rude and does not want to help yo. Will never ever order online again from Mcdondalds. The worst service ever.
