McDonald's The Reef

We have been going to the McDonald's at The Reef since it opened as it is close to us, but the last 5 times we have been there (past 6 months or so) we have been very upset with the service. The last 5 times we have received the wrong orders even though we double check the screen at the drive through before we confirm the order, but they miss out things and then we have to pay extra to add it again because the items "aren't registered on the slip" but it was on the screen when we ordered. Today we went inside to order but the same thing happened. Every time we see a mistake we bring it up, but we are never rude because we know mistakes can happen but the staff is always rude and stand-offish with us when we bring it up. I am very upset with things not being right and the way the McDonald's workers treat us when we realise. We would rather drive further to another McDonald's than go here again.
