McDonald's the new informal corner shop.

Speed at McDonald's Grayston bought 10 big Mac meals. Tried to use the app. The service assistant told me I can only purchase one of the meals above using the app. Was irritated but left it.

Speed at McDonald's Mbombela on 23rd. Tried to use the app. I was told that there is no network so I can not use the app. That was it. I ordered and then asked for some cutlary. But I was told no again.

On Christmas Eve I went again to McDonald's Mbombela to buy many Oreo Mcfluries for kids. Once again I was told that there was no network so I could not use the app. Could not redeem the app discount. After ordering, I asked for an extra s****. The last in the front in a unpleasant tone said NO and the other service assistant in the front just looked at me in disgust. Like I'm trying to cheat the business. I can't understand why McDonald's have started Mufti managing their customer service processes. Surely best marketing is achieved through customer satisfaction and loyalty. I usually but McDonald's out of convenience but Burger King is just as convenient without any qualms to date.
