I drove to grab a bite by McDonald's nelspruit The Grove what a beyond poor customer service the lady was beyond rude even the facial expression was giving "hurry and pass you annoying me" when my husband was asking for extra chilli sauce on the side she answered "as for you in the passenger seat I don't even hear you" the audacity of that lady disrespecting my husband like that. I don't see myself visiting their branch ever again. McDonald's provide your staff with customer service training because we go there excited and hungry but what we get at the end of the service can't be put into proper language.
