Mcdonald’s Thabazimbi pathetic service

I am so disappointed with McDonald’s Thabazimbi service. I ordered double jalapeño medium meal and paid for the order. When I get to collection window they tell me they don’t have jalapeño burger and I should choose between Big Mac and Mac chicken because it is the same price. They didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience they have cost me. They took me for a ride thinking that I am a fool. It is very appalling and embarrassing that the staff at Mcdonald they don’t have knowledge about the availability of their products. How can they decide for me like that ? And they didn’t even see anything wrong with that hence they told me prices are the same. I’m very disappointed with their pathetic service.
