McDonalds Thabazimbi - no ice cream or milkshake in summer heat.

Thabazimbi McDonalds never has ice cream or milkshake available. The machine is always out of order. Ironically in the winter it is fine but alas in the summer never. it would be thought that such a large chain retailer would have a turnaround in fixing it but I doubt that it is ever reported.
