McDonalds - terrible service

I had ordered breakfast and drinks from the McDonald's in Lyndhurst. My order was then accepted. Awhile later im then informed that my order was cancelled as they were out of stock of frappes. Why was the order accepted to begin with. I am then Informed that my refund will only be processed in 7 working days. I had ordered breakfast for the office and therefore it came to quite abit. This is not acceptable nor my fault yet I have to wait for my money. Their service is terrible and im very disappointed
