MCDONALDS takes your money and No food delivered

Mcdonalds this is completely unacceptable! I placed an order at 17:00 on the 22/05/2020 on the app. At 19:00 a manager Mohalo phoned me to apologize for the delay and to assure me that my order is on its way. By 20:00 we had not received any delivery. However your useless app showed that our food had been delivered !! My husband then proceeded to DRIVE TO YOUR ZAMBESI KOLONNADE BRANCH, ONLY TO FIND IT CLOSED!!!!

You’ve ****** my money, not delivered on your service. This is absolutely horrific AND DISGUSTING SERVICE OR LACK OF SERVICE!
