McDonalds Sunnyside Will never see me again

Waited almost 9 minutes in the DriveThru.... when the order came it was wrong... the lady was annoyed that I wanted it corrected.... The fries was ice cold and inedible..... the drink lid was not locked on and spilled in my car...
