McDonald’s Sunnyside an appalling customer service ??

At 20:09 McDonald’s Sunnyside Pretoria I went to buy a meal worth R111 from a very bitter unprofessional lady called Eunice Masiganuge as appeared on the slip. I politely greeted the lady by saying helo and she rudely responded by saying Sho!.. I said how are u and she said sharp! I then places an order consisting of 2 med spicy ? foldover 2 Med Stoney and I immediately noticed on the screen that it showed Stoney zero. I then asked the lady if they don’t have the normal Stoney and she blatantly said that’s the one ☝? but I responded by saying that if it was ok for me to change my order to sprite. I could tell that she was irritated ? I then proceeded towards the window to make my payment and that’s when I asked her if she was ok in English, She then Responded in her mother tongue which to my knowledge was Sotho as I’m a Xhosa guy. I couldn’t understand what she was saying and I then asked her to please speak in English because I couldn’t understand her. She said she didn’t speak English either and I was with my friend in the passenger seat who luckily understands Sotho coz he’s Tswana. When she responded she said I’m tired too as I asked her if she was tired. I then proceeded to make a payment and she continued talking. I’ve never felt so disrespected and appalled ? by her ****ty customer service. I then complained to the lady who served us the food and she still continued to say disgusting stuff saying that I was delaying the queue. I truly deserve an apology because I don’t ever see myself buying food in McDonald’s Sunnyside ??the service is ****ed up and would never recommend it to anyone ??
