McDonald's Summerstrand PE poor service

Bought a share box and was given an incomplete order without nuggets. When we went back the following day to lay a complaint and claim our nuggets the manager was very rude and very defensive instead of helping us she kept on telling us that we should have kept the slip for proof and we could be lying. The reason our complaint was attended was because another customer came to complain about poor service as he was waiting for too long and mentioned to the manager that their service was poor. It was only after the other complaint that the manager atte ded our complain and this was a clear indication of an unwillingness to provide service of high standards to ensure customers are happy and never have to think twice about revisiting the store.
