McDonald's sucks

Went to Centurion Mcdonalds so that mt son could play at jungle gym. Was told the play area was closed until further notice due to covid regulations. When I asked why, the response was that their management has not authorized thw reopen of the play area. Why then does all other restaurants in the mall and surrounding areas have play areas that are open for use. When we asked for a refund we were told that due to a card payment they could not refund is immediately and that they would request a refuns from their finance department which will take 7 work days. Utter bulltwang. Really. 1st time in years that we decide to go their and it's still the same old bad place
