om my word --I lodge a complaint not so long ago, about poor customer service. that the staff told me they are not open. and then the manager phoned me at a bad time. At night to ask what happened. Who phones a customer at night anyway...

so here is the complaint again .how useless this store is guess what some thing happened this morning

and sadly NO -ONE BUT NO STAFF IS THERE --why do you advertise this store as 24 hours open and no -one on site. There were 2 customers also by the door waiting impatiently
