McDonald's Stoneridge. Terrible service

On Saturday I took my daughter to McDonald's Stoneridge. After ordering we went to sit down. 10 minutes had passed and still no food. I thought maybe when you eat in it takes abit longer. After waiting a full 30minutes I then called one of the staff members to tell them I had been waiting g for half an hour and asked to get my order as a take away. That still did not give them any urgency. I walked up to the counter and watched other people get served then after another 10 minutes of standing, my order was ready. The service is absolutely disgusting. Nobody could tell me why it had taken so long I was told they had forgotten which is funny because every order goes onto a screen and gets cleared once it has been prepared.
