McDonalds STOLE my money

Tapped my card to pay for my food. Transaction went through my side but not on theirs. Refused to give me my food. Absa confirms that the transaction did indeed go through. McDonalds has since “banked” my R355. One week later - No reversal of funds!! I wrote to them on their website. NOBODY has bothered to get back to me.
