McDonald's stole my money

We went through the drive through on the 2nd of September and ordered food. Once we got home we realized that half the food was not in the bag. I phoned and asked them to bring the rest of the food (it's a 20min drive for me) and they flat out refused. After a battle the shift manager said she will get someone to deliver. 4 hours later and nothing. They turned spiteful and put their phone on fax line only so that I can't phone again. This is ridiculous. McDonald's stole my money, and I want my money back. I even explained to the lady that the food they forgot was for my kids. They had nothing to eat and we had to go to KFC to get them lunch. They are rude and arrogant and I will never buy there again, I will also tell everyone I come in contact with to rather go and support another franchise as McDonald's is clearly only interested in making money and not delivering on service.
