McDonalds Stinking Service

McDonalds Jabulani Mall. At 19h52 29/09/2020 our order was placed 2 x McFeast Deluxe Meals 1 x Big Mac Meal (Extra Lettuce and no ice) 10 x Chicken Nuggets 1 sauce

We waited for over 30minutes, we received our order at 20h24. I'm not sure if that is now the McDonalds standard waiting period for an order. To add the cherry on top, we asked for extra lettuce and Lord behold there was no lettuce no sauce on the Big Mac burger. And add to that we asked no ice on our cokes (I personally asked not one but 2 crew members) and when the order came our cokes had ice.

Im very appalled by the service at this restaurant and the crew members seem to have a dont care attitude. We deserve better. The restaurant had mops and brooms in the waiting area. This is totally unacceptable.

Get your ducks in row, stop taking us for granted.
