McDonald's staff stole my points of 4000!!!!!

Awefull service from McDonald's at Jean crossing. Rudolph was extremely rude and arrogant! They stole my points, a whole 4000 points! I used my points to buy 2 kiddie meals, I redeemed the 1st one which was 4000 points, then I redeemed the 2nd kiddies meal on the App and the guy rudely said I cannot redeem another kiddy meal. I told him 8000 points was taen from me abd again he rudely advised that the points will be reversed back to me. I asked him for his name and he refused. When I got to the collection point, I asked the lady what is his name and she told me it us Rudolph. Very disgusted in the service I received after being a regular client at that specific branch.
