McDonalds staff *****ing items of big orders for their own benefit and owner / brand not caring!

Complain is once again about McDonalds Sunningdale , Sandown road, Cape Town. I have posted about 4 bad reviews on different platforms and only once received a response from McDonalds Sunningdale , Sandown road, Cape Town asking me to forward them my details so that they could make contact with me, but the request was sent from a "do not respond" email address and they gave no details to whom I should send my details. after numerous attempts to do so, I decided to just keep posting a complaint each time this branch stole from me. I have seen a number of same complaints from other customers, where they purchase big orders and can't check the bags contents at the drive through, because of pressure to keep moving and the way the bags are packed with loose chips, etc... It is now the 6th or 7th time, (Lets call it the 6th time, to give them the benefit of the doubt) , since I decided to start keeping record of being cheated out of meals, toys or other items... This time I ordered a huge order again, for my 6 family members, I checked the bags once the lady said the order was complete and they "forgot" to give me 3 x Kids cheese burgers and the McChicken burger... I called the manager and politely told her I was going to post yet another complaint on Google reviews, but they limit the number of times a person can review a business, so I have to use Hello Peter.... I was going to quit buying from them, but I won't, I will rather advise all other customers of each time that I get cheated so that other customers can stop using this branch, hopefully this has a larger impact on their business than me simply stopping buying from them...
