Mcdonalds staff shortage

The receipts have a QR code for us to rate the experience but their ink is basically finished so I could not do that. I tried going to the rateurvisit site but there is no option to type the code.

We go to Mcdonalds quite often because of the convenience in location and hours. We are based in the East Rand so frequent various branches around us. The quality is different day-to-day. We've had stale food. They can hardly ever get the order right and complete whether it's busy or quiet. The branches are often understaffed and staff overwhelmed. The drive through service timer results in being rushed and ruins the experience. Disappointing.
