McDonald's staff Incompetence

Very very *********** staff. No work ethic and customer service. Unfotunately I have to give them 1 star as there is no option to give none. You wait forever for your food and IF they do not forget about your order, there is a good chance that its incorrect. When you get upset for the long wait, they laugh at you. When you ask your money back I would advise you to bring a rocket scientist with if you are not willing to wait another 20 to 30 minutes for the staff plus both managers on duty to figure out how to reverse your transaction.
