McDonald’s Springs

I went to a McDonalds in Springs, oh man, did I not receive TERRIBLE service??? So I get there and I order at 18:14 waited for so long ended up wanting my refund at 18:50, that’s how long I waited for a fast food restaurant to give me my food. I wrote an email to the customer services and I was spammed with calls from the Springs branch just so they could ‘apologise’ which was insincere, no compensation was given and I doubt anything will be done to the staff. Especially how they just brushed me off when I asked about my order.
