McDonald's Springfield Park

McDonald's Springfield Park Durban, 05 September 2024 @ 18h20. Ordered via drive through but had to wait, only to receive my order which is not what I requested. Go inside the store and no sign of a manager, had to pay a difference and wait another 10 to 15min for part of the order to be corrected, whilst in the interim all my other food is getting cold in my vehicle.

Get home only to discover hair the burgers ordered.

Spent almost R400 on food, are we as consumers just expected to accept this level of service?

Further to the above the staff have the audacity to discuss me having to pay a difference for the correction of the meal in a different language, as if it where my fault that the items where incorrectly captured.

ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!!!!
