Mcdonalds sparks road, no customer service.

Its the first time in 12 years that I ordered at a mcDonalds, i just went to mcdonalds sparks road overport now. I ordered a Mcflurry for my 2 smalls kids. I made a request to plz once they done take half of it out and put it in another cup. I wanted it to be in 2 separate cups so my kids can share without fighting. The guy doing the order said no problem. But when I went to collect it, the mama comes there screaming she called for the guy who said sure it can be done and she started yelling at him In front of me and embarrassing him. So I asked her if she's crying for the money for the 1 cup il give it to her she says no this can't be done we can't separate it for u it can't be done. I want to no whats so difficult In taking out half and adding it to another cup? I told her to give me a cup and il do it myself while driving , she says ya that's fine...really so while I'm driving I must now also do their work!!! KFC gladly did it for me, no fuss. Secondly is the staff trained to behave that way infront of customers? The poor guy came out of the store to apologize to me for the behavior of that woman and that he didn't no that such a simple thing couldn't be done. It was so upsetting and embarrassing to see staff of such a big established name to carry on like this, that a simple customer request couldn't be met, so no customer service. I was going to get 40 kiddies meals for end of 4th term party. Definitely not doing that anymore.
