Mcdonalds Southgate service horrible

On the 29 Septembe 2024 I visited Mcdonals Southgate. The service is horrible. I bought 3 x double cheese burgers with chips and small cokes as well as 6 x nuggets with chips Regular chilli chees Mcflavor fries

Out of the 3 x cheese burger one burger had not patty only cheese and the three patties, no lettuce no sauce. My order was a take away when I go to my car I checked and saw my 6x nuggets was not in my order When I got home to my kids and gave them the burgers we saw no bun, no lettuce just 3 x patties and cheese rapped in the paper.
