McDonald's Southgate Drive Thru Bad Service

I went to a McDonald's and ordered two Chilli cheese double regular meals with chilli fries on both and tall frappes. The lady on the speaker told me how it can only be medium or large because the frappe only goes with medium and large and not regular. I asked her to confirm the order, it was still wrong.

I then proceeded to the payment window and then collected my food where I found that the burger had only hot sauce and jalapeño pieces and no nacho cheese, it was basically dry. I turned it back and the lady told me that their store is saving so that's why they didn't put much sauce. It cost me R200.20 and all I got was just recycled trash for me to eat.

The Chilli fries were just worse coz it seemed like the nacho cheese was finished and they were forcing it out whatever tub they use.

I asked for the manager and when speaking to the manager, you can hear the workers at the back saying that " this person is complaining about everything, they probably didn't wake up on the right side of the bed".

I love McDonald's but such service will push me to not go there anymore.
