McDonalds Southgare Drive through is a parking lot!

I would like to formally lodge a complaint about the extremely poor service I experienced at your Southgate branch.

On my recent visit, I spent over 25 minutes stuck in the drive-through line, moving at a snail’s pace. By the time I finally received my order – a McFlurry – it was already melted and ruined.

This is completely unacceptable for a fast-food restaurant. Not only was the service unreasonably slow, but the quality of the product was also compromised. I left the branch feeling frustrated, disappointed, and angry.

I urge you to look into the management and efficiency of this store. Customers should not have to wait nearly half an hour in a drive-through queue, only to receive substandard service and food.
