McDonald's South Gate

On the 31st of December 2024 I went to South Gates McDonald's in Johannesburg and the service was really bad 👎 really frustrating, the employees were busy having a chat instead of assisting customers, I redeem a Coca-Cola bag from the McDonald's app I wasn't even given the bag but I still have the receipt and the cashier who took my order I have her name, she and her colleague were rude and kept complaining about having to be home because its new years eve, I had 2 orders but she paid one then I had to go back again to pay the 2nd order so my time was wasted, and they have lost a valuable customer as this is not the 1st time they have mistreated me.
