McDonald's South Africa are ***********

I just want to express how DISAPPOINTED I am in what McDonald's South Africa has become.

Yesterday I placed an order but made some SIMPLE changes to my burger (as I would usually do, but haven't bought for a long time because of the incompetence). The changes REFLECTED on the slip, paid, got my order and drove away.

Started eating and the changes had not been made EVEN THOUGH they were reflecting on the slip and I PAID for it.

McDonald's, you are no longer cheap enough to allow your incompetence to be overlooked. Get it together. Honestly.

Burger King for me from now on.
